The tutorial scenario is now up on the Downloads page. This walkthrough covers the basics of gameplay and is designed for players entirely new to the game or genre. If you have experience with distance based movement skirmish games it may be a little too step by step, but reading through it can still be a good way to familiarize yourself with the basics of the rules without cracking into the rulebook.
